In preparation for my appointments, I received multiple reminders via text messages and emails leading up to the scheduled dates. However, on the day of one such appointment, I was informed that my time had been changed unexpectedly. When I reached out by phone to confirm this alteration, my call was answered by an employee named "KARLIE" who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and insincerity regarding the situation. Her dismissive attitude only exacerbated an already frustrating circumstance—especially considering it was just before Christmas when many pet owners rely heavily on these services. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer service within an industry that should prioritize care and professionalism. Therefore, I urge anyone seeking dog grooming services to consider alternative companies that value their customers' time and well-being. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience.
